It's a chest + tricep day.

Welcome to Day 2! It's a hamstring + glute day.
Equipment needed: medium to heavy mini band & medium to heavy set of DB's -
Day 3 of the 14 day mini reset
It's a back + bicep day!

Day 4 of the 14 day mini reset
