Welcome to the 30 day RESET!
Here is your daily checklist you must complete:
+ no alcohol and processed sugars
+ complete an hour workout on the Training with T App
+ complete 10,000 steps
+ meditate in the morning
+ journal for 5 minutes
+ take a full body photo of yourself
If you happen to forget to complete 1 of the above, you must start over onto day 1 to FULLY complete the 30 day RESET.
To be eligible for the prizes:
+ post the most on your social channels and tag @training_with_t and @trainingwithtapp
+ send your day 1 and day 30 transformation photo to [email protected]
+ extra points for being active in our private FB group - Training with T's team
